Monitor and adjust client programs using behavior data and progress metrics. Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with families and clinicians across disciplines to support holistic care. Maintain clear, timely documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
