Job Description:
Nesco Resource is in search of an Accounting Assistant to join
our client’s team in Shelton, CT on a temp to hire basis. Looking
for a motivated individual to support the accounting department
with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This is an
entry level position ideal for a recent college grad or someone
with 1-2 years of financial experience. Responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable tasks including entering daily cash receipts,
data entry, tracking and logging customer account information.
Support purchasing process including PO management, monitor
inventory levels, vendor relations. Ensure financial data is clean
and accurately tracked. Additional tasks as dictated by the team.
Education and Experience: A.S. degree preferred 1-2 years of
related experience in A/R preferred ERP experience; Epicor
experience a plus Additional Information: 3 month temporary
assignment with possible extension 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8am
– 5pm (1 hour lunch) Pay range: $22 – $24/hour PRO093 Nesco
