Job Details MUST HAVE Licensed Architect in the State of New York. 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in K-12 and higher education design. Thorough understanding of SED procedures for public school projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and contribute to all phases of design and construction for K-12 and higher education projects. Interpret and implement New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school facilities. Stay up-to-date with SED procedures and ensure compliance throughout project delivery. Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and ensuring project goals are met.
