learning and development in a middle/high school environment as a
Paraprofessional within a specialized emotional behavior disorder
program. This role involves working with 7-10 students in a Setting
III Restore program designed to meet the unique needs of learners
requiring additional behavioral and emotional support. Location:
Andover, MN Type: Contract Setting: Middle/High School level
Program: Emotional Behavior Disorder (Setting III Restore)
Caseload: 7-10 students Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed
teachers in implementing individualized educational plans for
students with emotional and behavioral challenges Provide direct
support to students within the program, fostering a positive and
structured learning environment Monitor student progress and
behavior, adapting strategies to meet unique needs Collaborate with
educators, counselors, and staff to ensure consistent support
throughout the school day Maintain accurate records related to
student performance and behavior interventions Qualifications:
Minimum of 60 college credit hours, or Associates Degree, or Valid
Paraprofessional Certification Preferred Experience: Previous work
with students exhibiting emotional and behavioral disorders
Experience in a middle or high school educational setting Benefits:
