Service Specialist to serve as a technical expert in the startup,
commissioning, and troubleshooting of Selective Catalytic Reduction
(SCR), Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR), and Combustion
equipment. This role ensures quality control, oversees
installations, and provides on-site support to customers across

our customers. Job Details What You'll Do: At Customer Sites (North
America) Inspect existing equipment for mechanical, electrical, and
structural integrity to assess performance. Provide technical
support to installation teams, ensuring compliance with project
drawings and specifications. Lead equipment startups and
commissioning, ensuring power, control systems, and process
connections are fully operational. Work with plant personnel to
optimize system performance and meet emission reduction targets.
Troubleshoot SCR, SNCR, and Combustion systems, ensuring they
function properly. Review customer reports and performance data to
diagnose and resolve technical issues. Train plant personnel on
equipment operations and safety procedures. At the Factory
(Southern & Northeast USA): Act as the quality control expert,
ensuring products meet specifications before shipment. Conduct
Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), sometimes alongside customers.
Identify and track quality issues before product delivery. At the
Office: Provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous
improvement. Complete field service reports and closeout
documentation. Assist with shipping, receiving, and facility
management. General Responsibilities: Adhere to safety regulations
(OSHA and API). Maintain detailed service records. Work closely
with engineering, sales, and project teams. Travel frequently
across North America and occasionally worldwide. Required
Qualifications: ? Ability to read and interpret component technical
documentation (ISA datasheets). ? Experience troubleshooting
process instrumentation, including testing functionality and
diagnosing issues with pressure transmitters, flow control valves,
etc. ? Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment and
accessories, such as fans, dampers, and flow meters. ? Ability to
read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment and test
resistance/continuity for low and high voltage systems (up to
480V). ? 3 years’ experience working as a Field Services
Specialist, Technician, or in a Site Commissioning role. ? Valid
in-state driver’s license with a driving record that meets
acceptable company standards. ? U.S. Passport and ability to obtain
a TWIC. ? Proven ability to communicate and train plant associates
on equipment operations, safety features, and troubleshooting
procedures. Must also demonstrate strong communication skills with
customers and co-workers. ? Knowledge of OSHA and API safety
regulations, with the ability to complete site-specific customer
safety training. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office for effective
communication with project teams. ? Significant travel throughout
North America is required, with flexibility to work weekends as
needed. Preferred Qualifications: ? Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
in a related field ? Experience with SCR, SNCR, Combustion, and
Control Systems ? Knowledge of airflow, pressure differentials, and
