Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machinist Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining requirements. Set up CNC machines, including installing tools, fixtures, and work holding devices, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Perform machine and tool offsets to maintain accuracy and precision. Operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment to produce parts Conduct first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Adjust machine parameters and tooling as needed to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain documentation of setups, programs, and production data. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes. Keep up to date with advancements in CNC technology and machining practices. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
