leading manufacturer to identify a skilled Electrical Technician to
join their growing team in the Manchester, NH area, supporting
critical production equipment and facility systems. Job Summary
Perform skilled electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and
repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems in
a manufacturing environment. This role also requires strong
mechanical aptitude and the ability to support mechanical repairs
as needed to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
and repairs on plant machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical control systems, identify root causes, and
implement effective solutions to reduce downtime. Install, adjust,
calibrate, and monitor machinery and equipment while maintaining
high standards of workmanship and quality. Plan and install
conduit, wiring, and electrical components for new or relocated
equipment. Maintain working knowledge of electrical distribution
systems and industrial controls, including PLCs, AC/DC drives,
motor controllers, motion control systems, and positioning devices.
Assist with and support Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive
Maintenance (PdM) programs. Read and interpret electrical
schematics, mechanical drawings, and design prints. Complete
required documentation such as work orders, maintenance logs,
inventory records, and purchasing forms. Support spare parts
inventory management and coordinate with vendors for parts and
technical support. Work collaboratively with engineering teams on
equipment upgrades and facility improvements. Coordinate and
oversee contractors when necessary. Follow all safety policies and
OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Support
environmental health and safety procedures, including proper
handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals and waste.
Assist with emergency response activities when required. Perform
additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required : Minimum 5
years of electrical and controls experience in an industrial
manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with PLCs, AC/DC
drives, and industrial control systems. Strong mechanical aptitude
and experience performing mechanical repairs. Ability to read and
interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. Skilled in conduit
bending and quality electrical installations. Proficient with
electrical meters, calibration devices, and troubleshooting tools.
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn. Preferred :
Journeyman Electrician license. Associate degree in a technical
field. Experience using CMMS or work order tracking systems.
Experience with Allen-Bradley control systems. If you are

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available
