Injury Prevention Professional / Athletic Trainer

at our client site in

Bath, Maine!




Key Areas of Impact:



In this role, you will make a direct impact through the coordination and delivery of early intervention services with the overall focus being prevention of work-related injuries. Let's take a closer look! You will...



  • Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.


  • Lead individual worksite assessments, injury prevention assessment, body mechanic coaching, well-being education, and Dynamic Warm-up sessions.


  • Provide early intervention services for employees when warranted.


  • Collect program data to support the program; manage and reports data for IPT services.


  • Regular communication with Corporate IP&T Support for ongoing strategy, success of program, and service delivery review.


  • Other duties as needed/assigned.




    Schedule: M-F, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/wk with varying schedule between 6:30a-5p




    What you need to succeed:




    • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field.


    • Board Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification or Physical Therapy license.


    • Possess active state athletic training licensure or physical therapy licensure.


    • 2 + years' experience in athletic training or physical therapy.


    • Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.


    • Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.


    • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.


    • Ability to travel to other client locations.


    • Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.


    • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
