Job Description Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS / CLS / MLT) Southern NH Full-Time | Day Shift Focus Up to $53.83/hr $7,500 Bonus We’re partnering with a large New England health system to hire Medical Laboratory Scientists for outpatient clinic STAT labs in southern New Hampshire. This role is ideal for lab professionals seeking day-shift–focused schedules, strong teamwork, and long-term stability in an outpatient setting. What You’ll Do Work in outpatient clinic STAT laboratories (not hospital-based) Perform generalist testing including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and limited coag Rotate between 3 locations (schedule provided in advance) Use Epic Beaker EMR Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday–Friday day shifts Rotating weekends (every 3rd–4th weekend) Experience Level – Flexible CLS (I–IV): solid generalist experience CLS V: senior-level experience with leadership, QC, and training exposure ASCP preferred at hire; required within 12 months if not already obtained Compensation $29.22 – $53.83/hr (based on level and experience) $7,500 sign-on / retention bonus Full benefits
