Outpatient Family Medicine role on the beautiful Keweenaw
Peninsula. UGLFHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
dedicated to providing comprehensive care to all, regardless of
their ability to pay. Practice & Compensation Highlights Role:
Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) in a 100% Outpatient setting.
Schedule: Monday-Friday , regular hours. No call or inpatient
duties. Support: Integrated care with Dental and Behavioral Health;
dedicated RN/MA support; on-site lab and X-ray. Sign-On Bonus:
$100,000 . Earning Potential: Base $265,000 - $285,000; total
compensation with RVU bonuses able to exceed $300,000 . Time Off:
30 Days PTO plus paid holidays. Malpractice: 100% FTCA coverage
with tail insurance . Loan Repayment: Designated as an HPSA site ,
