Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician We're looking for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join our established outpatient clinic. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. The Opportunity 100% Outpatient Focus: This is an excellent opportunity to focus entirely on outpatient primary care Collaborative Team: Work alongside 8 providers, including 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers Ideal Work-Life Balance: Our schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the option for a 4.5-day workweek. No weekends are required Minimal On-Call Duty: Call is telephonic-only and averages just 1-2 days per month Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: First-year earning potential up to $296,000, with additional productivity incentives available after the first year Generous Time Off: Enjoy 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), which includes all federal holidays Professional Development: Receive 5 days of CME with a $3,000 annual allowance Retirement: A 401K plan is available with a 6% employer match Student Loan Support: Negotiable student loan assistance of up to $50,000 over five years.
