Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Torrington, CT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,216 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Torrington, Connecticut, 06790! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Must have prior experience in telemetry License: Must hold a valid state license Certifications: ACLS certification required Must-Have: Prior EPIC experience required Description: Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, and every other holiday. 36 hours per week are expected. The usual nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-6 on days and 1:6 on nights. This can vary depending on patient acuity and staffing needs. The unit consists of 28 beds, with a mix of private and double rooms. Inpatient dialysis services are integrated within the unit’s layout. The work environment is quick-paced and features variable acuity levels. An interdisciplinary team model is utilized to care for a diverse patient population. Patients present with complex medical-surgical diagnoses and require intermediate level stroke care services.
