Job Description Job Description To Apply for this Job Click Here REGISTERED NURSE – EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT Woodstock, VA 22664 Make a Difference Where It Matters Most This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a close-knit, patient-focused emergency team in a 17-bed ED serving a diverse patient population across all age groups. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and want the stability of a permanent position with strong leadership support, manageable ratios, and meaningful incentives. Position Highlights Permanent, full-time role (36 hours/week) No on-call requirements 2 openings available: • 1 Day Shift • 1 Night Shift RN Level: RN II or RN III (based on experience) Urgent need Emergency Department Snapshot 17-bed Emergency Department 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio ~58 patients per day Treats all ages and a wide range of typical ED diagnoses Charge Nurse on every shift; Manager on-site days and available after hours Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Active RN license Emergency Department experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000 (based on experience and level) Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $7,500 (based on distance/eligibility) Shift differentials available ZRBF To Apply for this Job Click Here
