As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you will implement personalized therapy programs, assess patient progress, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team, all aimed at helping patients regain their functional abilities and independence. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to facilitate rehabilitation. Assess patient responses to therapy and modify treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Educate patients and families on post-treatment home care needs. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Required licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice NBCOT Certification preferred
