Volume: Expect ~ 24 patients per day in clinic, with strong
referral streams— over 25% of ECHO referrals come from the group’s
own primary care physicians . Clinical Autonomy: Full control over
patient care decisions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Team-Building Potential: Physicians who expand their practice by
adding APP extenders can grow their patient panel and significantly
enhance long-term earning potential. Schedule Flexibility: Design a
schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. Ownership Track:
Become a shareholder in just 12 months. Base/Floor: $600K–$650K
annually from cardiology alone. Ancillary Upside: Additional
$100K–$200K ancillaries Procedural Upside: Physicians who
