0700-1530hr Call Schedule: every third, flexible Call Ratio: every
third, flexible Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Average Number of
Surgical Cases Per Day: 14-16 included endoscopy Will the Locum
Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs: No. The physicians
do their own cases Trauma Level/Designation: No trauma Number of
Anesthesiologists in Practice: 4 Will the Locum Tenens Physician be
Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart? Pre-op population of
Epic Patient Age Demographic: 3-100 Description of OR Staff:
Congenial, professional and helpful staff Number of Operating
Rooms: We run three anesthesia sites per day (includes OR's and
endoscopy rooms) Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT
Minor Nerve Blocks Plexus anesthesia Epidural Anesthesia Spinal
Anesthesia Regional Anesthesia Obstetrical Cases Pain Management
Procedures: Acute Insertion of: Arterial line Evaluation and
Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues? Yes Estimated Credentialing
Timeframe: 60 days Facility Reimbursement of the following: Mileage
Billed at the IRS Standard ., Rental Car, Hotel
