Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join

Oversee the nursing staff and coordinate daily department
activities to ensure optimal patient care. Develop and implement
nursing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare
professionals. Evaluate patient health outcomes and modify
treatment plans as necessary. Lead efforts in quality assurance and
patient safety initiatives. Conduct staff evaluations and provide
mentorship to enhance skills and promote career growth. Manage
resource allocation effectively to ensure adequate patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical care and safety
protocols Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a
high-stress environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification Previous
leadership training or certification is a plus
