PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated PT Assistant to join our team. As a PT Assistant, you will play a critical role in executing rehabilitation plans designed by our physical therapists, ensuring each patient's comfort and progress towards recovery. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, committed to delivering high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies. Assist physical therapists in the development and execution of therapy plans. Document patient responses to treatment and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Engage with patients during sessions to maximize comfort and recovery effectiveness. Maintain equipment and treatment areas to ensure a clean and safe environment. Educate patients and families about post-treatment care and exercises. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple patient needs simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment. CPR and First Aid certification.
