Location: Manchester, NH (03101) Schedule: M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Career Strategies is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic apartment community in Manchester, NH If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and start working as soon as tomorrow , we want to hear from you today! Position Overview: You’ll be a key part of the on-site team, responsible for keeping the property in top condition. From completing work orders and unit turns to tackling repairs and preventive maintenance, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home. Key Responsibilities: Make-readies and apartment turns Routine and emergency work orders HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance (certification a plus!) Electrical and plumbing repairs Appliance troubleshooting and repairs Carpentry, drywall, painting Groundskeeping and snow removal (seasonal) Delivering exceptional customer service What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must have your own tools Authorized to work in the U.S. Great attitude and dependable work ethic Career Strategies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
