Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. A contracted opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. This position will serve a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The contract extends through the end of the school year, with a strong possibility for renewal based on performance and school needs. Located in Dexter, ME, this role involves conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with educators and families, developing intervention plans, and supporting the social-emotional well-being of students across grades K-12. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs. - Provide data-driven recommendations to support academic and behavioral success. - Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). - Consult on classroom strategies and behavioral interventions. - Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Qualifications: - Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. - Experience working with a range of grade levels, especially K-12 students. - Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
