      You're a professional eager for an opportunity to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) team by managing a portfolio of accounts and projects. You are committed to achieving PMO goals. You will resolve and find solutions to any escalations that occur during a project with exceptional customer service and scope support. You will actively manage a profit center business unit. You are a detail orientated individual who is customer service driven, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Suite Programs. Your knowledge and experience in multi-site technology rollouts, IT low voltage system installations, and construction projects will be leveraged for success.

        We are growing and the need for employees who embody our core values is essential for our continued success. The Director of PMO (Dir PMO) position is front and center to our customer base. The Dir PMO influences our shared services teams to orchestrate a highly coordinated, successful delivery of our services. The Dir PMO will grow our existing customer base revenue as well as onboard new logos and projects. This is vital to achieve our Vision 2020 roadmap.

        Who Your Customers Are

        This role serves many internal and external customers. Internally, you will work closely with members of our PMO and Shared Services teams. This includes sales, engineering and estimating, Technology Solutions Center (TSC) staff, corporate services, field services, central dispatch, central lifts, service center and technical analysts, and accounting. Externally, you will work with clients, business partners, value added resources (VAR), and third party players too. Ultimately, you are working to achieve our Vision 2023 roadmap by demonstrating excellent project management techniques.

        Primary Responsibilities

        • Forecast business unit revenue projections and manage program profitability. Understand and meet or exceed business unit sales, gross profit and net profit objectives.
        • Lead, direct and manage all assigned PMO resources. Provide coaching and mentoring to all staff.
        • Understand roles and responsibilities for each operations functional group (shared services), and how PMO interacts with each group.
        • Perform reviews for direct reports and ensure they are administered for all staff on your team.
        • Properly staff, manage and support all client projects. Identify and communicate resource needs to management. Ensure that all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities on project.
        • Establish & communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to project management team.
        • Share financial reporting and performance dashboards with team members for awareness and action.
        • Demonstrate active our Playbook knowledge and team compliance with all best practices. Work Experience & Education

          The Director of PMO must possess a high school diploma or GED. A degree in business, project management, and/or a BS is also preferred. One must possess 5+ years of project management experience, as well as experience in Multi site technology rollouts, IT low voltage system installations, construction projects, knowledge of formal Project Management methodology, have exceptional organizational skills, and be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
