Responsibilities
- Provides direct project management and assistance across
multiple projects and clients
- Provide daily client and project support either onsite or via
phone/email
- Schedules, prepares for, attends, and actively participates or
leads business design sessions, project status meetings, and any
other project related meetings
- Records, prepares, and distributes meeting minutes and action
items
- Assists and/or leads in the Development and management of
project plans to achieve objectives
- Creates business analysis documents, test strategies, workflow
diagrams and makes quality assurance recommendations to meet
business needs for assigned projects
- Provides customer support by leading client demos and
presentations
- Produces deliverables including meeting agendas, data analysis,
status reports and other work products
- Identifies, documents, resolves and/or escalates issues to
management clearly and timely
- Suggests areas for improvement along with possible solutions
for assigned projects
- Interact daily with state clients and internal customers
regarding system status and day-to-day processing
- Works closely with the business users to ensure their systems
are effectively meeting their needs
- Participates in system integration and user acceptance testing.
Documents test results in comparison to expected results
- Provides assistance in the implementation of the State of
Tennessee Medicaid Agency (TennCare) projects to include but not
limited to: Therap, PERLSS, Data Eco System, Provider Support
Management and varies MMIS initiatives.QualificationsRequired
Experience:
- Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems, including Medicaid
Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- Vendor management and relationship buildingRequired Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of
health care, government, or the consulting field
- Ability to analyze and evaluate various technology solutions
and architectures, especially as they relate to Medicaid Enterprise
Systems
- Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written
communication skills
- Ability to facilitate productive meetings with clients and the
project team
- Ability to generate clear and concise requirement design
documentation and project summaries
- Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions
- Ability to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon
current processes
- 5+ years of prior project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel,
Word, Visio
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detailDesired
Experience:
- Experience with TennCare Medicaid Enterprise programs and
policies
- PMI Project Management Professional certification
- Experience with interfaces and APIs between MES Modules
- Experience developing and executing test scripts and cases
- SQL query writing proficiency
- Providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control for technical

roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array
of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office
location, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by
applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of
compensation for this role: $60,000-$135,000 . In addition, PCG
