and other medical staff in the delivery of basic patient care
Monitor and record vital signs, noting any significant changes and
reporting them to the supervising staff Help patients with daily
activities such as dressing, eating, and bathing Maintain patient
hygiene and comfort Set up medical equipment and assist with some
medical procedures Answer calls for help and determine if
additional help is needed Educate and communicate effectively with
patients and their families Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Physical endurance and stamina Detail-oriented and highly
empathetic Ability to work effectively in a team Basic
