Job Description:
Job Description TriSource is seeking a highly qualified and
dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our
behavioral health team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and
oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with
developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting
comprehensive assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and
collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare
professionals to promote meaningful progress. The ideal candidate
will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis
(ABA), behavioral therapy, and patient care, ensuring the delivery
of evidence-based interventions that enhance clients’ quality of
life. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and
diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop
tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise
behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis
principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client
progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate
closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary
teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Provide training and support to direct service staff on behavioral
therapy techniques and data collection methods. Maintain accurate
medical documentation, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA
regulations. Participate in intake processes by conducting initial
assessments and developing comprehensive care plans. Educate
families about behavioral health strategies and promote active
engagement in treatment goals. Ensure all clinical practices adhere
to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification
Board (BACB) and relevant regulations. Support ongoing professional
development by staying current with advances in ABA therapy,
medical terminology, and behavioral health practices.
Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) in the state of PA Masters degree in psychology, special
education, or a related field Ability to pass a federal background
check Child Abuse clearance Recent DHS and PDE fingerprints (both
sets) Mandated reporter training Recent TB screening Valid drivers
license and personal vehicle Demonstrated experience working with
children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis
techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral therapy
strategies. Familiarity with medical documentation standards,
medical terminology, and electronic health records systems.
Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate
patient care approach. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure
confidentiality of medical records. Ability to conduct diagnostic
evaluations and coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts.
