Job Description Job Description Job Summary Under supervision of the Director, the Manager oversees the daily operations of the unit. The manager works collaboratively with the Director in guiding their department’s growth, patient satisfaction, physician’s relations and fiscal responsibility. The manager supervises and directs the delivery of patient care and care related services for the Medical Surgical unit in accordance to administrative policies, as well as hospital vision, mission and strategies. The manager works collaboratively with staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care. Education & Experience: 1-3 Years Charge / CNC / Manager Experience in the acute care (med surg/tele) – Required 4 year Bachelor’s Degree Nursing – Preferred Must have NH RN License or valid compact state RN license Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
