In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of unit operations, including staff management, patient care, and administrative duties. With your leadership, our unit will achieve a higher level of patient satisfaction and excellent clinical outcomes. Supervise and mentor nursing staff and delegate duties to ensure quality of care. Manage patient care planning and implementation according to established regulations and company policies. Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Handle administrative duties including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Address and resolve concerns or complaints from patients or family members. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management software and technology Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the respective state BSN required; MSN preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
